How to Upload & Order a DTF Gang Sheet

Ordering custom DTF transfers does not have to be complicated. At Backstage Tees in Longview, TX, you can upload your artwork, build a 22" DTF gang sheet online, and check out in a few steps.

Ready to start? Open the builder: Build a DTF Gang Sheet.
Step 1: Prep your images
- Use high-resolution PNG files when you can.
- Transparent backgrounds work best for clean edges.
- Keep designs sharp; blurry art prints blurry.
Step 2: Upload your designs
On the Build a Gang Sheet page, upload your images into the online builder. Add as many designs as you need for the sheet size you choose.
Step 3: Build your DTF gang sheet
- Arrange each design on the 22" wide sheet.
- Leave a little space between designs so cutting is easy.
- Pick the sheet length that fits your job (from smaller sheets up to longer rolls).
Step 4: Place your order
Review your layout, add the gang sheet to cart, and check out. We print in Longview, TX and ship nationwide. Local customers can also pick up at 4308 Judson Rd.
When your order ships
- Order by 11 AM CT, Monday–Friday, and we ship the same business day.
- Orders after 11 AM CT, or weekend orders, ship the next business day.
- Free Economy shipping on U.S. orders $50 and up.
Quick DTF press settings
Once your transfers arrive, press them like this:
- Heat press at 300°F
- Pre-press the garment 3–5 seconds
- Press the transfer 15 seconds
- Peel
- Press again 8 seconds
Works on cotton, polyester, and blends. Wash inside out in cold water and hang dry for best results.
